By using the GigNet mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
GigNet provides a native mobile app for eligible customers to manage service account information, billing, network status, and support workflows.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying GigNet of unauthorized account activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or misuse account, billing, or support features.
5. Billing and Payments
Billing and payments are handled according to your GigNet service agreement and the payment methods available in the app.
6. Service Availability
App features may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues, third-party service interruptions, or account-specific restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
